Motherless children in China
One of the National-level poverty driven counties, Shaoyang County, is among the 19 impoverished counties in Hunan Province. The situation in Shaoyang is Common to its peer poverty-stricken regions, the amount of its "left-behind" children is on the rise annually as a result of the scarcity of the land resources and the burgeoningmigration of rural labor. In Huangjing County, only every 40 out of 100 children who had lost their mothers are currently receiving primary education in Qingshan Elementary. The local backwardness is one of the key factors caused the separation of the children and their moms.
At Chunmei's home. Chunmei's mom came from Yunnan province, and was later escaped from her marriage at 2005, chunmei's father shortly left home too and had never returned.
