Doubts to death with reprieve of a homicide who sexul abuse a girl to death in toilet

September 21, 2011, Dongguan, Ao Xiang went into female's restroom took along with knife, goggles, mask and gloves to sexually abuse Xiaomi there. Xiaomi struggled with him, but Ao pushed her head and face crashed on the wall, and then covered her mouth, choked her neck and abused her to death.

May 24, Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan pronounce a judgment that Ao Xiang who sexual abused and beat a girl Xiaomi (a pseudonym) to death in the toilet of teaching building was sentenced to death with reprieve in the first tail. The judgment causes doubts from the deceased's family and friends. The picture shows the defendant Ao Xiang in an interview with reporters.

The court responses to the doubts and claims that the reason why they didn't sentence Ao to death is because it would be a pull back for the criminals who want to accept punishment for their crimes. And according to Ao's situation, the court says, the killing happened after struggling of the victim which cause the extremely reaction of Ao.
