The smile of a hero

Zhang Lili, a teacher in northeastern China's Heilongjiang Province who was run over by a bus trying to save two pupils, smiles to a nurse yesterday. Zhang, whose legs had to be amputated because of the accident, underwent a second surgery yesterday to treat infection and other complications. Meanwhile, police in Jiamusi City said the woman driver who caused the crash has been detained and will be prosecuted.
