Questions on the legitimacy of the delivery went on while volunteers tried to come up with a solution if the dogs were released.

A volunteer said, "We should take turns taking care of the dogs. We should do something, this is not the end."

After the local agriculture authority arrived, the dogs were carried outside for a health check, 11 were found already dead.

A volunteer said, "Dogs are a human’s best friend, why are we sending them to the dinner table in a cruel way?"

Over 400 of the dogs from the truck are still waiting for a health check. Local authorities are continuing the search for a solution while volunteers take care of the dogs, working to keep the rest of the canines alive.
