Under-construction building collapses in S China

An eight-floor building still under construction collapsed Sunday morning in Nanning in south China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, said local fire fighters.

The building collapsed at about 8 a.m. Sunday. Rescuers have rushed to the accident site but the casualties are still unknown, said fire fighters.
